Any fans out there who may be interested in this film may be able to find this DVD in stores now, even though the street date is slated on the 19th of February I've seen it for sale at a major retailers shelves.
Also on the 19th streets "Rats: Night of Terror" In the year 225 A.B. (After the Bomb), a group of post-apocalyptic bikers discover an abandoned research laboratory filled with food, water...and thousands of rats with a ravenous appetite for human flesh.
And finely on the 19th streets a newly priced edition of Lucio Fulci's "Zombie" marked down to $14.95... note this is the same DVD Version released a few years back from Anchor Bay just at a cheaper price.
Hitting the stores on 3/05/02 comes the much anticipated Anchor Bay release of Sam Raimi's true classic "Evil Dead" DVD ultimate special edition.

For those weird Ken Russel fans like myself comes a re-released and re-mastered special edition DVD of "Crimes of Passion" This new DVD contains the complete un-cut version of the film.

Lucio Fulci fans, having a hard time finding the Diamond home entertaiment budget release of "House By The Cemetary"? Anchor Bay Has their own DVD version in the works for a 2001 release. Anchor Bay produces some of the best transfers as well extra's so maybe some of you Fulci fans may want to wait until then.

"MADMAN" MADMAN MARZ is now here on DVD and VHS thanks to the GREAT Anchor Bay.
Last released by Thorn/Emi home entertainment in the mid 80's on VHS. It had been long out of print and hard to find. It is finally here again in a new remastered print. Seen like it has never been seen before. This DVD has been anamorphically enhanced for 16x9 televisions in it's original aspect ratio of 1.85.1 with extras: commentary, theatrical trailer, Five T.V. spots and an insert card reproduction of the films original theatrical poster.
This Drive-In horror classic is about the legend of "Madman Marz" as told by a summer camp counselor around a camp fire.
A farmer who murdered his family with an axe is hung up on a tree to die by the towns people, only to find his body missing the next day. After the tale is told one of the kids doubts it's truth and yells out his name "Madman Marz" awakening the evil axe wedling murderer.
The body count begins. "MADMAN" hits retailers on Tuesday Feb. 13th 2001.

With the help of a street smart runaway and a radio D.J. (Curry). This film is a great time capsule of good ole 42 st, before Disney took over.
